Should an item be out of stock, we reserve the right to replace it with an equal or better product. A typical example: replacing an external hard drive with a larger one of the same brand.
We also reserve the right to substitute items with different brands of products of equal or better quality with the same or higher prices without additional cost to you. An example of this: replacing a 2gb Sandisk SD card for a 2gb Toshiba SD card.
We stand 100% behind all products you receive from us so all warranties and satisfaction guarantees still apply. We will refund your money or replace your product in any event that you are not fully satisfied. Substitution situations do not happen very often, but when they do, we will try to contact the customer via e-mail or phone before shipping, although it may not always be possible. Substitution will be done with items that are of equal specification, quality, brand and price whenever possible. If there is a price difference, Flash Memory Store will refund the difference and pass the savings on to you. |
